Operating System - Windows 2000 SP4/XP Home/Professional SP2/Vista
Processor Speed - Pentium II 266MHz or faster
RAM - 64MB for 95/98/ME and 96MB for NT 4.0/2000
Sound Card - Yes
Screen Resolution - 800x600
Screen Colours - 16 bit (64k colours) or higher
CD-ROM drive - 4x speed or faster
Input Devices - 2 button mouse and keyboard
Hard Disk Space - 280MB to 400MB before installation. (256MB after installation)

While we have successfully run the product on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0 SP 6+ and various earlier service packs of Windows 2000 or XP, we do not support or warrant the product use on those platforms due to discontinued support by Microsoft and hardware vendors. Support of product use on Windows Vista will be determined in the near future.

Requirements for i-Coach

• Pentium II 266Mhz or faster PC with 32MB RAM.
• 800x600+ resolution monitor with 64k+ colours.
• 28.8K Modem (56K or faster Modem strongly recommended)
• PC: Internet Explorer 5, 6, 7 (highly recommended), or Netscape 4.04 and above
  (we currently do not support Netscape 6).
• Mac: Netscape 4.5 (Internet Explorer is not supported due to Flash limitations).
• Javascript and Cookies need to be enabled.
• Adobe Flash 6.0 player plug-in (Click here to download).
• Soundcard with headphones or speakers.

We recommend the following configuration for optimal use:

• Pentium II 400MHz or faster PC with 64MB RAM.
• Internet Explorer 7.0 or newer (Click here to download).
